Board of Directors

Aditya Puri is the Chairman and a Non-executive Director of our Company since April 2021. He is a chartered accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. Previously, he has been associated with HDFC Bank Limited as its managing director.

Ashutosh Sharma is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since April 2021. He is an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Illinois. He was associated with Norwest Venture Partners, Qualcomm India Private Limited and is currently associated with MIH Internet Private Limited (a Prosus Company).

Subramaniam Somasundaram is an Independent Director of our Company since September 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and is a chartered accountant and cost accountant with experience in finance, strategy and business roles (including CFO at Titan Company Limited).

Hardik Dedhia is the Co-founder and Whole-time Director of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra and a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania.

Dovaldas Buzinskas is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since May 2024. He holds a Master in Finance from HEC Paris. He has 10 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A.

Deepak Vaidya is an Independent Director of our Company since April 2021. He is a chartered accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is on the board of various companies in the pharmaceutical, hospitals, and finance sector.

Vineeta Rai is an Independent Director of our Company since September 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (history honours) from the University of Delhi, New Delhi. She is a retired Indian Administrative Officer (Batch of 1968) and has an experience in the fields of health administration and finance.

Siddharth Shah is the Co-founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company and has been on the board since August 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the D.J. Sanghavi College, Mumbai and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. 

Shyam Powar is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since May 2024. He has an MBA from Tulane University (USA) and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. He has 30+ years’ experience in corporate finance roles across multinational organizations. His expertise lies in M&A, Debt Restructuring & Take-outs, Private Equity and IPO advisory.

Ankur Thadani is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since March 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is associated with TPG Growth and RISE Fund as a partner.

Jaydeep Tank is an Independent Director of our Company since September 2021. He is a Doctor of Medicines (M.D.) (Branch II: Obstetrics and Gynaecology), Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and holds a diploma in gynaecology and obstetrics from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Dhaval Shah is the Co-Founder and Whole-time Director of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2020. He holds a post graduate diploma in management from XLRI, Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He also holds a MBBS degree certificate from the Maharashtra University of Health
Sciences, Nashik

Ranjan Pai is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since May 2024. He is a medical graduate from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and has completed his fellowship in Hospital Administration in the United States. He is the Chairman of the Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG), the corporate holding entity of the Group that focuses on education, healthcare and research.
